I’ve had Healthy Paws for three different cats and two have needed to use the insurance at some point in time. The latest health scare would have cost us thousands, but we submitted our claims and within a week it was approved and the check was in the mail! They make it so easy, with no stipulations (much easier than human insurance) and I’m so grateful to have them. They even follow up asking about how my kitty is doing. Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend Pets Best!
Direct deposit is super convenient. I've never had a problem with claim processing. They set me expectation for processing delays then paid me 48 hours later. I like the flexibility of coverage and deductible to help manage monthly premium costs. And I love that my deductible applies to the full calendar year rather than individuals incidents! I know there are lots of choices for pet insurance, but we came to Pets Best several years ago after a less satisfactory experience with another company, and I've never had a single regret. We've also taken advantage of the 24/7 televet service a few times and found it very helpful. I think it's great that Pets Best includes that service at no additional cost. I highly recommend Pets Best!
