Useless Pet Insurance
As usual with a puppy we had a couple of illnesses to deal with. The 2 vet visits with tests were over $400. Trupanion took forever to process the claims and when they did I was reimbursed a whopping $60 total. My puppy has been insured for 6 months @ $69 a month. = $414. This mean Trupanion has turned a profit on me of $354 in just 6 months plus I’m stuck with paying the majority of the bill. It would have been cheaper to have no insurance and just pay the vet. I will be canceling this insurance.

Love Lemonade!
My pup is all boy and very injury prone. I think my Lemonade rep knows me by heart 🤭 But they are always efficient, timely, and the claims process is extremely streamlined. I use it for emergency services because those can really pile up at the vet and my claims are usually processed within a week after a short explanation and submission of forms from the doctor! Super easy and painless. Customer service is great as well.

I've had a wonderful experience with them so far! Great insurance for our fur babies, reasonable premiums, and any interactions I've had with their customer support have been top notch. I can see sticking with them for good.

Quick and easy
The wait was a bit long to speak with some one but the system let's you know how far in the queueyou are as you move up in the queue. Which is really good. The agent was knowledgeable and was very nice and patient when I spoke with her.
