We've been a customer of ASPCA for several years. Overall, the reimbursement is very minimal or nothing at all. I've raised my concern in several occasion but no one seems to care, thus I asked not to renew my pets insurance, however no one listened. My auto pay was cancelled from your end when my other furry dog passed on. His account was deactivated but at the same time my auto pay was deleted. And you marked my account past due but no one cared to make a courtesy call.

This company is a big scam
This company is a big scam , no communication or empathy, they cancelled my insurance with no notice! They have been reported to the BBB , AND ALL MAJOR NEWS AFFILIATES, AND THE ONTARIO OMBUDSMAN IN REGARDS TO CANCEL OF INSURANCE PLUS RECORDED CONVERSION WITH AGENT . A LAWSUIT IS TO FOLLOW IN REGARDS THIS MATTER ! As well as a brief history and the recording of the agent will be put on full display on Facebook! Sorry it has had to end like this!
