It was quite easy
It was quite easy. Animal Rescue League of Boston recommended them. So I called and we discussed things and I found a plan I liked and signed up. Never have had pet insurance before but since I"m adopting elder cats I decided it was prudent.

Outstanding Experience!
We have had a great experience with Spot pet insurance. The only issue we ran into was I downloaded the PDF and emailed my claim. if you do this the email can get lost in the clutter. Once we completed the form online or the App I have heard, our claim was pushed through within days. If you love your pet and are concerned about the high cost of veterinary care, I highly recommend this company.
