I was searching for a new pet insurance for my furry babies when I came across a list with the top ten pet insurances. Embrace Pet Insurance was the number one on the list and decided to call. I spoke with Eli and he was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure speaking with him, so I decided to give them a try.

I expected a decent amount of coverage…
I expected a decent amount of coverage from you, considering that I am paying nearly $100 per month and haven’t really filed many claims. I know my dog is older, but I didn’t adopt her until she was seven. I have only had six years of coverage. My vet bill totaled nearly $4,000, but the insurance is paying less than $200.

best insurance for my 2 doggies, excelent customer service
I was researching pet insurance for my 2 furry babies and, among other companies, I called Fetch. I got to speak with Amanda Mello - and feel so lucky to have done so! Amanda is very knowledgeable, patient and helpful, she walked me through the different insurance options, patiently answered my numerous questions ( and the "what-if-scenarios"), understood my needs, recommended and gave me quotes for the different options. Truly excellent customer service, thank you Amanda. I've thoroughly evaluated a number of insurance companies, and for my needs, Fetch is definitely the best option. And given the excellent customer service I've experienced so far, I feel I'm in good hands.

Helpful, supportive and quick
My dog became very sick overnight. We took her to the local vet twice as she was regressing, not improving. Then we took her to the animal hospital where she spent 2 nights. Needless to say the cost kept rising as we continued to seek out a reason, diagnosis and cure for her sickness. Each time I emailed an invoice to SPOT, I quickly received a thank you, letting me know they are on my case.

ABSOLUTELY WORST INSURANCE COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! Full of hidden fees and policy’s that will work for them so they don’t approve your claim. I’ve talked to atleast 15 people who also have tried to use them, and none have got an approved. I BEG OF YOU, DO NOT USE THE FRAUD COMPANY
