Peace of Mind with Aging Pets
Now that my dog is older, we've utilized our policy more than ever. She has arthritis, and is now on daily medication for the past 2 years. Every claim for her meds, required bi-annual bloodwork, X-rays, etc. have been easily filed, and approved without any unnecessary legwork on my end. I submit the needed information, and within a couple of weeks the money is deposited into my account. It's very set it, and forget it. My processes have always been easy, and stress free. It's a comfort knowing that getting the best care for my baby girl doesn't have to be compromised due to expensive treatments, and then having to jump through hoops to be reimbursed. Is insurance costly? Yes, but it is invaluable when you need it. ❤️

Healthy Paws - Amazing Pet Insurance
Within in the same week two out of our four fur babies had an emergency surgery. Liam had a slipped disc and Duke had foreign object stuck in his intestines. Thank God for healthy paws pet insurance! We are so glad we have these benefits or our fur babies in case of these emergencies. Healthy paws pet insurance has been a savior to our finances when it comes to our pups. The customer service is excellent and the turn around time to file a claim is easy and fast. Thank you so much!

Worst insurance
Worst insurance, don't be fool by this insurance, just wanna collect money, it's difficult to claim takes to 6 to 8 months to get approved your claims they just delaying till reach your renewal date to renew your insurance before they act for your claim then they increase your annual payment. Stay away with this insurance.

Slow claims processing
The notably poor timing for claims processing, approvals, and payment - particularly for very large claims - is a frustrating feature that does not look to improve any time soon. We’ve been insured for years and most of that time has seen “higher than normal claims volumes” as the rationale for Pets Best’s delays. We will seek coverage from another insurer for our future pets.

Misleading, hard to get ahold of.
If you know you’re going to be short on payment, any attempt to work with them, they will split the payment for you to keep you squared on the payment obligation but don’t tell you that splitting payments pushes your next one back a full month- so they charge you a double payment at once-and then are unwilling to work with you if you can’t afford a double payment in one go. Trying to get ahold of them is abysmal, you can go through all the phone menus just to be told customer service is only open Monday to Friday 8-5 EST. Because apparently things don’t happen on evenings or weekends. After the phone call in which I cancelled my policy I had the agent I spoke to send me a very rude email because obviously I rubbed him the wrong way which is highly unprofessional. I can provide copies of the email to anyone who wants one You guys were unwilling to work with me over several phone calls. I’m not wasting another minute in the roundabout phone menu to get another standoffish agent telling me “that’s a great question” while being unable to answer simple yes or no closed ended questions. Train your staff that sometimes not everything can be answered with the script.
