So Far The Best Pet Insurance Out There!
Been a customer since 2020 I believe. So far customer service has been great and the processing of claimed are pretty quick. Only downside is my dog had some few pre-existing conditions when I signed up. But so far coverage for everything is decent. Especially with adding wellness rewards and being able to have alternative care (hydrotherapy, acupuncture, etc) is great! Love the referral bonuses as well! The prices and coverages still beat the competitors.

Grest experience with Spot Pet
We had a horrible experience with Trupanion, the most dishonest and unhelpful company. I was expecting a similar experience with Spot Pet. Instead everyone was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Everything was explained to me throughly.

Read the small print
Read the small print! Typical insurance company trying to minimize their payouts. Up front they make it seem like they cover a lot more than they actually do. When you submit a claim, they will fight you for every dime before paying it out, or deny the claim altogether and send you through their lengthy appeal process (takes over a month).

Thank goodness for Healthy Paws Pet Insurance!
We just want to sincerely thank Healthy Paws for all they have done for us. Our 13 year old has is a cancer warrior and has needed various surgeries, chemotherapy, and veterinary care. Without Healthy Paws pet insurance, we wouldn’t have been able to give our dog the care and attention that he needs and deserves. The treatments and surgeries have literally saved his life and given us more time with our sweet boy. Healthy Paws does not have caps on his care and that is such a relief to us. We are so happy to be part of the Healthy Paws family and sing their praises to our friends! It is one of the best decisions we have made when we got our dog! We highly recommend them!
