I have nothing but praise on how they handled the seizure of our dog pebbles. From the minute, we got there with our precious pebble. They took over and got her back on her feet in a matter of minutes from that point and for the next 36 hours they administered care to ensure that the seizure will not recapping and to protect her from serious injuries. Thank you to all the staff and the care and love you gave to our precious girl.

We have recently experienced a very stressful period with our dog. Over the more than 2 months it has taken to help him successfully recover, ASPCA Pet Health Insurance has nothing short of a blessing! Previously, we did not insure pets, but now being retired and on a limited/fixed income, decided to when we added Rufus to our little family. During this difficult time, ASPCA was amazing. The claim filing process is simple, the response time is outstanding, and the coverage is superb AND affordable! We live in true "dog lover country" here and I recommend ASPCA whenever I can!! In a time of automated/AI driven unresponsive service providers, it has been a joy to quickly and EASILY reach a real person when necessary and get clear, concise assistance. My dog Georgie has been plagued with injuries and illnesses throughout her life. Having Per Best insurance has allowed me to provide Georgie with the best possible care. Pets Best Came Through for Our Golden Retriever's Dental Need
Well, it all started with something we weren't expecting - our Golden Retriever Teddy somehow had the tip of his right canine tooth break off. Our guy's health has always been a top concern for us, and we've always supported it by including Pets Best insurance in his care. His plan has always been there, but we had never had a need until now. Our regular Vet referred us to a canine dental specialist since the canine tooth is a critical tooth in the health of a dog. Our dental specialist said we were seeing them at the right time and the tooth could be saved. Well, who knew dogs could get a root canal and crown? We sure didn't, but we are glad our dentist was able to save Teddy's tooth. Come to find out many of the staff at the doggie dental office also rely on Pets Best for their own pets. Our paperwork was well prepared and the submittal process with Pets Best was very easy. We were kept informed via both email and status reported via the app on our phone. While it took a couple of weeks to process, the procedure was approved and we were reimbursed. Yes, we were happy that Pets Best fulfilled the claim... it makes us feel like they understand how important our pet's health is to us, and being there when we really needed it helps keep our family financially stable. Pets Best has been a good investment for us, and certainly a good investment for our pup Teddy. Thank you!
