The claims process is easy
The claims process is easy, and the reimbursement is fair. I’m so glad we had insurance for my dog’s ER visits and illness. If only MY (human) health insurance was this easy to navigate. I recommend this company!

Pets Best is the best.
"It's always scary when your furry family member seems off because they can't tell you what's wrong with them. When our dog Indie started acting like she needed to vomit but couldn't, we took her into the vet right away. They did the usual tests and screenings and determined that she had eaten something she shouldn't have. They gave her some meds, a special diet, and sent her home. Aside from the worry of whether or not they are going to be ok there is the financial stress of it all. No one wants to say it out loud but I'm sure most people weigh the cost/risk scenario when considering taking their dog to the vet. Because of our Pets Best policy we don't have to think like that and always know our girl is going to get taken care of. It really is a blessing for our family."

This is a ridiculous sort of thing…Don't bother unless you have an American Express gold card
This is a ridiculous sort of thing where basically we are six of one half a dozen of another no worries if you have a vet visit and your pet is indeed ill you will not be reimbursed for the visit you're truly if you have let me rephrase that don't have the money on your credit card for the vet bill this whole thing is a scam and itit's not going to work I know there's lots of reviews out there they think they're the greatest thing ever but you know what they are difficult to get a hold of and they don't reimburse you and after I appeal this case and my cat died the day after the vet does it which I could have built them for the final fees I agreed to wave the final fees that were $55 but they wouldn't cover the initial visit for $49 I personally think the pet insurance is a total rip off I think vets are rip off because they know you love your pet and I think they're commercials should be off TV the air until they get investigated or what not

Fetch is a great insurance company and Josh was extremely professional and knowledgeable about enrollment for my dog, Daisy. I am pleased about the rate and the coverage available. I highly recommend. By the way, I am a previous customer with my late dog who had coverage for 13.5 years even before it was Fetch.

I've always had good customer service but premiums have skyrocketed
I've always had good customer service, but over 4 years my monthly rate has gone from $73 to $260 for my 4yo dog. He has a daily medication for allergies; no other medical conditions. They say they don't increase premiums due to age, but it seems they still increase for other reasons. I can no longer justify keeping Trupanion.
