Just not worth it
I got pet insurance while my cat was fairly healthy. He developed diabetes. It seems like I never met my $500 deductible. There were always other things they deducted. Now after five trips to the vet maybe I’ll get a $30 check. Because I filed claims they’ve almost doubled my premium for next year. I’ve paid them a lot of money and have not gotten a penny back. I am very unhappy with them.

Pets Best is the absolute BEST in…
Pets Best is the absolute BEST in coverage for your pets. We have been with Pets Best for over 2 years now and have been more than satisfied with their service, rates and claims processing. Our Labradoodle had cancer removed from her back paw and Pets Best reimbursed us almost 90% of the costs!! We have never had any issues and their app is super easy to use. Highly recommend!

I took two of my dogs for their health…
I took two of my dogs for their health checkups. I have the wellness policy for both. It took almost a month to process the claims and the paid only $70 of the $500+ it cost. Not sure having the policy is worth it anymore. I pay $144 a month to get reimbursed $70? Could do better butting the $144 in a separate account and use it when needed.

Not as Advertised - Unethical Practices
I purchased pet insurance when my dog was below one year old especially when the insurance advertisements stated “locked-in premium fee”. I trusted the statement but my premium went up without any notice. Fetch charged my card without informing me why the premium had gone up, no reasons were given. Hidden and surprised charges. Very unethical.

We are so thankful we chose Pets Plus
We have had Pets Plus insurance since day 1 of owning our Rottweiler Vincent after much research and they have been nothing short of spectacular for all 3 years of his life. Customer service is so kind, friendly and helpful every time you call (and I have called a LOT). They have never made me feel as if they were looking for reasons to deny a claim, rather they seek to help and validate your claims. Of course - you need to choose the right insurance for you and abide by those rules but they are very helpful. Vincent has gone through 2 very serious TPLO surgeries, both within 8 months of each other, and both costing upwards or $5k each. Needless to say an unexpected cost of over $10k in 8 months would have been distressing for us. Each time Pets Plus was supportive, understanding, and due to the coverage we chose covered 80% of the cost and made it very easy to submit. Payment was made within the month for both claims. We would absolutely recommend this outstanding company to insure your pet. Any cost is worth it for the service you get. Thank you sincerely!

Great Experience
I wish all insurance companies were created equal. I’ve not dealt with a company that makes it so easy to submit claims and get reimbursed. It takes less than three minutes to submit a claim and within a couple of days reimbursement is in your account. the app is extremely easy to use with a ton of useful features. Very happy we chose to go with Figo
