Great service, no hassle and stand by their policies!
I made the decision when both of my dogs were young to invest in pet insurance. I work in the health care field and wanted to ensure that if something happened to one of my beloved pets that I would be able to care for them. I did a lot of research and chose Embrace. I am so thankful I did. One of my pups needed surgery, and it happened when I had some financial stress myself. They were so professional, answered all my questions and responded quickly! They make submitting a claim easy. Great company and staff!

Having an unexpected emergency visit to vet along with 48 hour ICU is very stressful and expensive. This happened to us recently. Pets plus processed the claim quickly and fairly . I highly recommend them!

Embrace has been absolutely amazing!
Embrace has been absolutely amazing during this difficult time. My dog was recently diagnosed with AA luxation and it has been extremely costly. They have covered every single thing and it honestly has been hassle free. I would recommend that everyone have pet insurance when owning a dog but especially with Embrace!

Submitting the claims is easy and Figo processes the claims fast, which in this day and age, fast reimbursement means a lot for this "unexpected expense." So far, my experience has been great.

Solid but claims time needs help
Overall I appreciate pets best. Easy to submit claims and they have been covered which puts my mind at ease. However, PLEASE hurry up the claims processing time. 20 days for a $1.8k claim is almost an entire paycheck for most people and waiting for that is really frustrating. Then add on the direct deposit time. Almost a month to wait for reimbursement is a long time. Yes I have care credit and use it but that doesn’t mean it is always the answer
