It was very easy to sign up and Megan was helpful answering any question. I like the fact that there were not many walls to prevent qualifying my furbaby with trupanion.

Sign up was easy
I canât speak for how the insurance has worked since we signed up only a few days ago. However, their sign-up process and subsequent follow-up from Jenn was super easy. Iâd made a small error on our application as a result of requesting quotes from 3 providers (and a lack of sleep because of our new puppy) but Jenn found and quickly corrected it - saving us $6 in the process! Hopefully that pleasant experience is an indication of what a claim might be like down the road, should anything happen to our little pup.
