Trupanion Took the Stress out of a Very Stressful Day
What can I say. I signed up with Trupanion hoping I really would never have to use it. They are simply the best company and true to their word. They make a stressful time a little easier with their stellar customer service. I didn't have to deal with upfront payment or submitting claims. It was all done by the Vet office and the invoice was paid before I even picked up my dog from surgery. Thank you Trupanion 🩷

Two dogs, two diffferent insurances. DONT USE ASPCA
I have two dogs. They each have different insurance. In my life, I have had four dogs. ASPCA is by far the WORST insurance I have had. Both of my dogs needed major knee surgery. Nationwide covered my dogs surgery. ASPCA refused. My vet wrote an appeal letter, citing major studies that would have supported the appeal. They still refused. They did not pay for much. It was NEVER cost effective. Use Nationwide!

Fetch came through with our vet bills!
Our cat had a respiratory infection that initially only presented itself as a fever. When symptoms got worse, the vet thought we were dealing with a digestive blockage before referring us to an internal medicine specialist who diagnosed the condition. Fetch has been amazing at paying us back for everything although it did take a while for our first claim to be approved. We were really happy to have insurance though as we racked up a total of $4k in vet fees. It was a relief to know we didn't have to worry about coming up with the money for all our cat's treatments. I recommend Fetch to anyone who has pets - I think it's a must in todays' world.

I received the email to register
I received the email to register. However the site is NOT user friendly. It does not recognize the account number provided by the company nor my zip code. I'm a new customer (probably not for long) and this a bad start.

Happy customer!
I have had Embrace for 3 years and am very happy with them. I have not had any issues with claims not being processed and they pay quickly. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of pet insurance to reach out to Embrace.

Easily worth the cost for reassurance
Embrace has always been easy to work with, they are easy to get ahold of and answer any questions. Getting embrace was a huge help in us not worrying about the cost of care and instead focusing on making sure our puppy gets the best care.

We had ASPCA Pet Insurance with our last dog. He developed a disorder that found him being treated by a neurologist and meds lasting for 6 years. They paid every claim!

The ending wasn't all bad is the only thing that made my experience 'great'. Your legalese appears to state that molar extractions don't count as a preventative and therefore don't qualify for reimbursement even though the whole premise of the procedure is to PREVENT further harm or death.
