I don’t recommend this pet insurance
I don’t recommend this pet insurance. They have no coverage. They reimburse only some part of the vaccines like rabies, bortadella $25/each. I’m paying $95month since 2023 and when my pup had an issue. They said they won’t cover any Tx unless I paid the deductible $5k. And the cost of tx is $900. I canceled it right away. And the lady trying to talk me out of it and said if you cancel you will spend the whole amount of her tx which is I’m doing for 3years already. This is absolutely scam. I spend $3400 for nothing for 3years paying $95/month. Don’t make the same mistake.

4 days to paid over a 3 day weekend!
This claim was submitted Friday before a long weekend. It was processed and paid in 4 days from submission or they took one working day. It’s a no games process, if you follow it. They have insurance explaining webinars on Wednesdays and answer case by case questions. I’m very pleased with their responsiveness thus far - as I have been with their other insurance products.

Please expect your pricing to increase…
Please expect your pricing to increase significantly annually. regardless of if you use the insurance or not. They claim its because vets prices go up (even though my vet told me pricing has not increased) and because more people sign up for the insurance (So they ask me for more referrals??) I would look elsewhere or put in 1500/year into a GIC instead at least that will MAKE you money

Ali was an excellent teacher showing us step by step on how to train our dog. He is like the DOG GURU when it comes to reading the dog's personality and needs of how to perform the way we needed her to. He was very articulate in showing us the best ways to handle her. Consistency was a major rule with working with her and us. Practice, practice, practice. He was a wealth of information for any questions we had. Showed us grooming steps such as how to clip her nail etc. He vowed that he would be available for any future questions or concerns we should ever have after training ended for the lifetime of the dog. We can't thank him enough for sharing his experiences and wisdom on training any type of dog you have. He was very accommodating with scheduling training timelines and places to meet in case of bad weather.
