ZERO help from this provider. Look elsewhere. They screwed my claim and coverage up so bad I was supposed to be getting all of my monthly payments refunded. That never happened and they are still charging me! I canceled my plan so.... WHAT THE HELL. On top of that, you sit on hold for 30 mins or more, without fail, regardless of when you call. Hold message says "manage everything from our website". you can't even make changes to your plan on the website AND they don't message you back if you use the live help option.

Got a puppy a few months ago and got insurance thinking I would need it for all those crazy things puppies get into but it’s turned into needing it for digestive issues that won’t go away.
