Wonderful
We changed insurances due to customer services issues and claim issues. Previous company took well over 2 months to resolve any issues but made LOTS of promises. With Spot Insurance, everyone I spoke to has been very courteous and my claim was processed w/I TWO days! If I could I would give them a much higher rating

It is worth the cost
It is worth the cost! I had never had pet insurance. I saw a link for Spot in a company email. I am glad I signed up. It is easy to file a claim and the processing is near immediate. I am very pleased with my plan and would do it again.

Amanda Mello is the best!
Amanda Mello was such an amazing representative, and she was extremely helpful and informative. Her professionalism and her ability to reassure me was very refreshing and giving her expertise on the matter of being insured has helped me feel good about the options I may choose from. Well, she has all the qualities and more that a representative should have one working with customer and she definitely goes above and beyond to make sure that you are Confident in making your decision and is open to sharing how things work if you don’t know how insurance works with pets.
