Claim in review for longer than expected
A claim that i submitted 3 weeks ago is still in review and i don't know for what. I am almost starting to think if i should be looking for another insurance provider

Terrible, No Reimbursements
Terrible company! Takes your premiums and reimburses Nothing! Considers Death to be a pre-existing condition! What a Scam! Do Not Waste Your Money.

I highly recommend Pets Best to anyone!
We got Pets Best full coverage (minus preventative) insurance when our cat was a kitten and it has saved us thousands and thousands of dollars. We’ve been able to say yes to tests that the veterinarian recommended that we otherwise wouldn’t be able to afford. We can focus on giving our cat the appropriate care without worrying about cost. Our premiums have only gone up $10 over 3 years despite all our claims. We’ve submitted around 20 claims and been approved for every single one.
