Excellent - Healthy Paws App, Claim Process, Customer Service
My golden doodle (2.5 years old) recently faced a serious health concern that had both long term health as well as immediate financial impact. In the midst of these stressful life events, it was extremely simple to navigate the Healthy Paws app to submit claims. I remember early on, enrolling into the product was super streamlined as well. I think the Healthy Paws team has figured out the optimal balance of direct customer interaction (via emails etc ) vs self serve technology that is simple to use. I have been very impressed with the claim processing workflow that gives the customer a clear sense of processing times, explanations for coverage etc. Very happy with the Healthy Paws team and looking forward to a long continuing relationship.

Do not recommend!
All of my claims were denied because my dog was born with the illness so then what is the point of pet insurance if it is not going to cover any of the future costs? I am very disappointed. I spend hundreds of dollars with Pets Best insurance for nothing and not including thousands of dollars I spent on my dog's vet hoping insurance will cover some of it. I do not recommend if your dog is prone to getting sick due to previous illness.

Amazing Pet Insurance.
Hello to everyone out there, I got MetLife Pet Insurance through my company's offering, and it is very safe to say that I am so happy that I did. I could not ask for a better Pet Insurance Company. I took my puppy to a vet due to his not eating and pooping diarrhea and a little blood and the vet cost me a little over a thousand dollars. I made a claim for the vet bill and within approx. 10 days, they sent me a check for almost $900. I cannot imagine what I would do without my insurance. Especially in these tough times. I strongly suggest you guys check MetLife out. Take care!

Yes, worth the money
I have had Fetch/Pet Plan for 3 years now. Few bumps at the beginning but overall they have been very good. We have 2 dogs with Fetch and will continue. Their prices can fluctuate year to year but not too drastic. Overall recommend this pet insurance

Not a good company, their claims division is terrible, they ask for invoice then want medical history, I can see med history once, but every time ? Once that’s cleared then they blame me with being with another pet insurance, to me it’s all a stall tactic, worst company I have ever dealt with, good riddance with them
