My dog went to the vet for cornea eye issue. First 2 weeks we took him in and doctor said he isn’t getting any better so the 3rd week he said we need to keep him so they can make sure he gets better. He stayed for 3 weeks per vets orders and pets best is not paying because they say it’s boarding. How is it boarding if the vet says he has to stay.

I love everything with Embrace
I love everything with Embrace. I tell everyone how great they are. I get my money back for claims usually in 3 to 5 days at the most. When my 1 dog died they even sent me a sympathy card. And paid for his "end of life care" (euthanasia). I have 7 other dogs. And everyone is insured with them.

It took multiple attempts for the…
It took multiple attempts for the process to go through and when it did, only 1 of the 2 bills were addressed. I found the communications to be very poor and unclear. When I investigated why it was taking so long, I found out that I was supposed to call both the emergency vet and my local vet to send over the required paperwork. This initially led to the claim being denied which just delayed everything. Pets best came highly recommended to me and I was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. Sorry for this but I am trying to be honest here. Sincerely, L
