Healthy Paws has been amazing this past year with my 6 year old female pit bull. She got a soft tissue injury at the beginning of the year. They were great on paying for all the testing and treatments. We did laser therapy and hydro therapy for her and I eventually purchased some items for me to do at home. This was to save money and time. HP reimbursed us for everything. We are still doing treatments 6 months later but now at home. She also recently was found to have mass tumors that needed to be removed in October and that was also covered with no issues. Healthy Paws makes it easy to submit claims and I rarely have issues with getting reimbursed. I would not have been able to afford all of these treatments if I did not have insurance for my dog.

Honest, Transparent, and Easy to Reach
Trupanion is transparent in their review of my claims and I have always had a very easy time calling a Trupanion representative to speak about my policy and claims. I find Trupanion to be honest in their claim assessments and very quick to issue payments directly to my vet and to reimburse me for expenses I paid.
