Increase in monthly payments
This will be my third year with Pets Best, I believe. My dog is a diabetic and has IVDD. Sometimes the claims can take longer than usual to be processed, I haven’t really had a complaint until now. I did not get the plan that includes therapy or wellness. And while yes I use the insurance, because thats why I got it, I didn’t expect the cost to increased from $26.62 to $34.63 after the first year and now it’s increasing again to $49.57 a month. My human heath insurance doesn’t even cost that much a month! Honestly, I’m having to weigh to cost vs benefits at this point. So frustrating.

I was super overwhelmed with my account after my pebbles died ..I called spoke with Kelsey she was so caring and helpful she calmed me down explained everything I needed to know about my policy..hands down best representative i have spoken too over the phone in years she so so helpfull!!I would recommend fetch to Anyone in need of good policy they really care and help

Embrace pet insurance is great
I have filed four claims for two pets with Embrace and thus far have received excellent service, timely responses, and quick reimbursements. The app is simple and straightforward to use, as is the website. I have referred several friends and family members to Embrace, and at least two have purchased policies.
