My Dog Was Hit by a Car on the Fourth of July!
Really great customer service and caring animal lovers and above all else . . . they are honest! I highly recommend Fetch for your animals. My dog was in a hit and run car accident and she was hit by a car on the Fourth of July! I was devasted. I was able to get my dog the care she needed and I was reimbursed by Fetch! She came through the whole ordeal amazingly & I feel so blessed that she did! My dog had stitches in her head, but miraculously no broken bones or any cognitive problems! Thank you, Fetch for caring and for being there for us!!!

I did homework and it led me to prudent pet
I had many questions before purchasing pet insurance for a puppy I wanted but was reluctant to bring home unless I felt certain she would be taken care of should anything happen. Carmen answered all my questions and put my fear to rest and now I have this precious little girl puppy. I haven't used this insurance yet but Carmen was great

Hello! My spouse and I were researching pet insurance and decided to make our first call to a company, which happened to be Fetch. It is out of our norm to make a decision without making several calls to inquire on all of our options. After speaking with Amanda, we felt confident enough to avoid the efforts of further persuing additional research. Amanda is passionate, knowledgable, client focused, service oriented, and has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. We hope that this feed back reaches her from the top down, as recognition is, without a doubt, well deserved. Amazing first phone call experience
I am super excited to write this review for Amanda! I’m a first time cat owner with 4 kittens and had trouble picking the best insurance company for them. Amanda was extremely helpful over the phone, answering all my questions thoroughly and made sure I was well informed with every choice that I made. This included the wellness plans, deductibles, and any additional questions I had such as upcoming vet visits and their claims procedure! Amanda was also super personable and knowledgeable about every aspect of how Fetch works and compared it with other insurance companies. She knew where my questions were coming from and explained them in a way that was easy to understand. She also made the sign up process super easy with all 4 kittens! I’m super satisfied with enrolling my kittens with Fetch thanks to the phone call with Amanda!

Spot Pet Insurance, Honest and Reliable
Spot Pet Insurance is honest and reliable. I appreciate that there were no hidden exclusions or carve outs in my policy. I have all three of my pets covered and all three fell ill to various illnesses within the same month. I filed claims for all the vet visits and was reimbursed as expected, in accordance to my understanding of my policies with no questions asked, and no hassle. I recommend Spot Pet Insurance to anyone with a pet.

Steffi was so kind & helpful! I've had dogs all of my life and we've just rescued a new puppy to add to our brood. I knew I had to get Pet Health Insurance for her as I know, from 1st hand experience, just how expensive proper pet care can get.
