Sadly
Sadly, one of our kitties became suddenly ill and we incurred substantial hospital/veterinary expenses including euthanasia. Our other kitty became very ill within days (different problem),more hospital expenses. Fortunately, she is now fine. Fetch was very helpful in processing our reimbursement in a very timely manner.

I was a little disappointed that they…
I was a little disappointed that they did not cover most costs when I had to take my dog to the vet. I was told they weren't covered under the policy....I have read the policy and it was made to appear that these costs should have been covered. I will keep the coverage for now, but if and when I need to use it again and I go through the same issue before, I will drop this company.

Quick Reimbursement & Assistance
I love how quickly my claims are reimbursed. I also enjoy being able to get in contact with the insurance company as soon as I call. The only thing I wish was different is the reimbursement for rehabilitation packages. I have to pay for the rehab package upfront and can only be reimbursed after I complete all of the sessions in the package. Which can take up to 8 weeks.
