straightforward and efficient
The process is very straightforward on how to make claims, and the estimate feature helps a lot too. I wish that there was an option to increase the annual limit further since my pet has a lot of health issues, but even so, my pet was able to get a lot of care without much worry financially because spot pet insurance is so efficient. Unlike a lot of other pet insurance companies, spot pet insurance covers services as long as its not a pre existing condition within 180 days, some other pet insurance companies will only cover for things that are not pre existing for the past year which I think is ridiculous.
