Would give 0 stars if i could
Was rear ended in feb 2020, sonnet stole my car and held it ransom with a putiful payout offer and told me if i want my car back i need to cancel my claim and pay thousands, took my rental back after 11 days(says 30 day im my policy), customer service is virtually non existent. they dont care about you or your car, would give 0 stars if i could!

Don't hire them
Don't hire them, they steal your money and then they start asking you for the pet's documents, until they invent the craziest of arguments for not paying. They told me, after they charged 18 months. They say that my dog had swallowed an object in 2021 and that was a pre-existing condition (they did charge 18 months). The truth is that my dog had coccidiosis. The claim I filed was for about $500 and with a deductible of $250, to make a meager 90% refund they sent me emails for almost a month and then of course they denied it. Please EMBRACE return my money. Where is the leader of that company?

So happy we decided to get Fetch insurance!
So glad we got insurance from Fetch! We never thought we would need it or even want to use it but when our doggy had health issues we were so relieved we had it. It was super easy to submit a claim and payment came in about a week. So fast! Also they charge a deductible per year and NOT per illness like other companies. I recommend Fetch to anyone with pets. You just never know.

I always felt like paying for pet insurance was "useless" but now I see the value, and AKC makes the claim process very easy. My dog ate a sock and the diagnosis and treatment was expensive. Tahnksfully submitting a claim was easy and they responded and paid out VERY promptly. I am very grateful!
