Piece of Mind…
I bought insurance for our new puppy because my wife wanted it. I only needed basic, just in case. I liked the options that you gave and it’s for piece of mind, just in case we need it for a major surgery. I expected it to cost more, nice surprise.

Easy to use
After our old pup needed lots of vet care and medicines, we decided that insurance for our new puppy was a good idea. And when she needed to be on long term medication, Fetch was appreciated. It is easy to file claims and reimbursement is prompt. Customer Service is prompt and helpful.

Terribly slow claim processing
Terribly slow claim processing. I have no idea if the claim will be processed correctly, as they just don't get processed at all.

180 from the previous insurer
Having 3 dogs is already expensive, and finding affordable coverage was mind-numbing. We had another company for a few years but could only afford accident/routine care. Even then, they found a reason to deny or lowball almost every claim. Since switching to Met Life we've had one dog hospitalized and another begin treatment for lymphoma. Met Life has reimbursed exactly what we expected without nickel-and-diming us. The claim submission is easy, the communication is prompt and we don't have to fear spending 20-25 thousand out-of-pocket as we did in prior years.

Wellness is not worth it
I am regretting the wellness coverage. It is costing me more in the long run to have this coverage. I am regretting selecting the wellness coverage so much. In the first month I spent double what they cover already and I still have to pay for the coverage that I won't need for the rest of the term sor 11 more months before I can cancel it. So frustrated. Embarrassed I fell for this.
