We are satisfied with Pumpkin services they stay true to the policy, the do what they promised they will do. So far we have no problems or issues with them, they gave us a peace of mind, that if any of our dogs got suddenly sick, they will be there for us and for our dogs

Spot insurance company lies and commits fraud
These people file claims fraudulently and make up lies as they go to suit their agenda. I'm sure they will not reply to my many emailed attempts to discuss this but they will comment to this review bc all they care about is optics, not if your pet lives or dies. Also as another review stated, their phone lines are a scam and every call gets dropped.

Just dealing with a stubborn app. They denied all my pet claims without any call. Just app-blocked. They could reach out to my vet to get my invoices approved but they would rather deny my claim.

I found the ASPCA pet health insurance website very helpful and informative when making my final decision to accept the policy. The policy seems very reasonable and fair; well within my price range. They were also very helpful answering my questions with their FAQ list and live agents.
