My claim for August was completed, but not July…
My claim for August was completed within a matter of days. My claim from early July hasn’t even been started. Both were puppy wellness visits (vaccinations, etc) so not sure why there is a delay on the one from July.

Great experience with Embrace!
Embrace has always covered the medical expenses that have occurred. My dog was always healthy but since becoming 14 years old, she has recently had some issues. My claims have been taken care of quickly and Chloe's health has improved. She is amazingly active for a dog of her age. I am thankful that I have been able to cover her medical expenses and also the Wellness Plan has helped me to be able to get her shots and checkups on time. She is a happy little dog. Thank you Embrace for the great service you provide.

You fxcking suck as a company
You fxcking suck as a company. Ended up paying over $2200 out of pocket for my cat because they claimed it was a preexisting condition even though we didn’t know about it until shortly after she was adopted. Customer service is no help. Do not recommend using this company at all.

Life Saving Surgery
Our dog had emergency life saving surgery June 23rd. He spent 3 days post op in the hospital. It was reassuring to know I could go where I was already established at the emergency veterinary hospital. Filing the claim was easy on line. The one complaint I have is how long it took to process the claim. However they were thorough and paid according to the plan and the EOB was easy to read.

Very Disappointed
I’ve had pets best on and off for a few years. It used to be amazing. They were quick to review claims and had solid coverage. Things were clearly explained when denied. This time has been horrible. It has taken over a month for claims to be reviewed. They denied claims due to lack of information when the information sent was exactly what they requested from the vet, and the vet cannot get ahold of them to discuss information. Being on hold to talk to somebody takes far too long. When I finally got ahold of somebody, they apologized because they found that they had all the information they needed, and the claim had to be resubmitted with the same information because they did not read their own notes. Claims were denied for dental work for previous diagnosis before coverage started which would not be possible because the teeth were examined and removed on the same day. No previous diagnosis. Very disappointed
