I HONESTLY couldn't give Spot Pet Insurance ENOUGH stars! I've been with other insurance companies for my Service Dogs, as I am a professional trainer as well as an Animal Behavioral professional both of 49+ years, their care has been extremely important. Due to my experiences with these other companies & now with Spot, SPOT outshines them all for taking care of my partners needs in every way. They are quick with their claims, & professionalism 100% of the way! I love this company & highly recommend them!

Pets Best absolutely does what they say! We got insurance for our dog when she was a puppy and starting around her 1 year birthday she started having lots of gastrointestinal problems. Several bad experiences
In short, it's a greedy company with bad customer service. I dread having to file a claim because of so many bad experiences. Their website is absolutely atrocious and beyond frustrating. One of the worst I've ever used. Frequently broken and unusable. The final straw: I called customer service to ask if necropsy was covered under my pet's plan after my guinea pig tragically passed away. The answer I received made me believe that it was. Nationwide did not reimburse me for the necropsy, and I spent hours trying to get the situation resolved, just to pay the full bill myself. Awful company. Stay away.
