I have been with Embrace for at least 5 years, maybe more, and am continually impressed with the ease of submitting a claim and the prompt turn around time; I wouldn't entrust my fur babies to anyone else!!!! Awesome!!!!!!!

I hate writing bad reviews!
I hate writing bad reviews because it's so subjective. I will say this, I canceled my fur baby's plan because we did nit benefit from it in ANY way. Every time we submitted a claim, it was denied due to pre existing thing's.... But every time we took our fur baby to the vet.It was obviously for a new issue and not something preexisting.

Could not be happier with the service
Joshua Sabado did a great job helping me find just the right policies for my three dogs that were affordable and also giving me great coverage. He made recommendations for polices for each dog that were nearly spot on. He really seemed to know what he was doing. He was very helpful, friendly, and professional. I got policies for 3 dogs for almost the exact same price as I was paying for 2 dogs (I just got a new puppy) and I got better coverage.

Waiting period is awful
Our puppy was adopted 10 days ago and put on preventative meds for kennel cough. Once meds were done, he ended up getting sick with kennel cough. We got insurance the day we adopted him. I guess the expectation is not to take your sick pup to the vet until they are too sick to help them. We ended up having to pay a $700 vet bill and none of it goes to deductible. The rep was also not helpful at all.

Healthy Paws is Amazing!!
I cannot say enough good things about Healthy Paws. They have been awesome, and I have to commend this company and all of its' team members for their caring, compassion and processing of claims in such an expeditious manner. One of the reasons I chose this company is because they have no maximum limits on any single condition, reimburse you based on your actual veterinary bill and cover congenital and hereditary conditions as long as they were not pre-existing prior to coverage. My Frenchie recently had eye surgery and having the insurance made it so much easier to have one less worry and allow me to focus on her and her recovery without worrying about the cost. They processed the claim within two days which is incredible, and the funds were in my account in no time. In addition, they reached out to see how she was progressing after her surgery. I am truly beyond impressed and would never ever consider another insurance company for my fur babies. Thank you, Healthy Paws!!

We had to take our fur baby Lucy to the emergency vet for a puncture on her left paw. Luckily she's doing well and no long term issues just lot's of stitches. Christina @ Lemonade assisted with the claim we submitted and she was very efficient, friendly and quickly processed the claim

Best pet insurance ever! Love the app and the representatives are so friendly, helpful and efficient. Seamless claim submission process! The only feedback to add is to add the option to upload pdf using the app.

Pet Life Saver
We have had some close calls with our 2 cats ! It has costs a fortune to keep them alive. My husband had other pet insurance, which covered nothing at a very high price. We heard about Met Pet Ins. took a chance, and it was the best ever move!!! MET PET PAYS IT ALL!!!! So thankful for it. If anyone cares about their pet ,GET MET PET INSURANCE !!!!
