Multiple surgeries paid for!
Emma has now had 3 surgeries for removal of malignant masses. She is otherwise in good health, but the cancer recurs. Pets Best has promptly paid for every procedure at 90%. The latest claim was paid in less than a week! Pets Best IS the best, most reliable pet insurance company.

The claim process was very simple and straightforward. I kept getting email notifications about updates on the claim, which ensured me that they were taking care of it.

No insurance is perfect but this one is very good
The reason why I chose this insurance is because they accept dogs of all ages and if you choose to insure it full coverage they even cover pre-existences. Recently, one of my dogs had an accident and needed surgery. It was a very expensive procedure and if the insurance had not covered 90% we would not have been able to give our pet the care it needed. Today I only have one complaint and that is that the time it takes for them to review the cases has increased and it is no longer as fast as it used to be, however they continue to comply with the most important thing for me which is to take care of my pets
