There are too many steps
There are too many steps, it would be easier to take a pic of receipts on phone and send. It would also be nice if there was a way you could automatically get the info from the vet without having to do the middle steps

Paid promptly as per agreement.
I’ve had Pets Best insurance on my 7-year-old dog since he was a puppy. He’s always been healthy and I think I only had one claim years ago. Unfortunately, he was diagnosed with Inflammatory Bowel Disease recently and did not respond to traditional treatment. I have submitted numerous claims over the past few months and they have been paid promptly and without hassle. I’m thankful for Pets Best, as we continue to battle this disease.
