Another awesome experience
I’ve made several claims after my 18 months with PetsBest. I’m so pleased with their fairness, thoroughness, promptness and great communication. I had a lot of choices and couldn’t decide. I went with PetsBest because of their quality reviews and applicable discounts, thinking I might change companies down the line. A win for pet insurance
I switched from Trupanion to Fetch about 9 months ago and I couldn't be happier with Fetch. I've had 2 situations with one of my cats so far and its been a smooth & easy process to submit the claims and super quick to get reimbursed. They also pay for exam visits when its related to an illness which Trupanion don't and the deductible is per year not per claim.

Fetch has clear and concise policy choices and is extremely easy to use. Their responses are swift and complete with explanations and follow through. Deductables are reasonable and payments completely on time. No fuss, Great to work with. Bailey is a very happy Golden Retriever.

First time pet parent!
Filing a claim was very easy with Embrace! I’m a first time pet parent with no previous experience. My little love required emergency surgery to remove a large quantity of gauze. I was able to file two claims - two separate procedures - with ease. The checks arrived in my mailbox- in one envelope- within five days of filing. I’m very impressed with the ease of the whole claim process.

Healthy Paws is there when you and your pet need them.
Healthy Paws has improved their website over the past few years to make it more customer friendly and easy to use. Claims are accepted quickly, and a rapid response is always in order. EOB's and payments are issued quickly and explained in a simple fashion. Appeals are likewise handled in a direct but well explained fashion.

Heartless Money Grab
As soon as my pet got older and developed an illness they refused to cover her care. When I called to inquire about the issue they compared my pet to a car… a car! Not a living breathing animal. They said insurance was only there to operate under the assumption that my dog was ‘functioning’ correctly as if she doesn’t have health needs. They are a heartless scam.

A beneficial choice
For the first time since 1973, when I first started owning dogs, I decided to purchase pet health insurance for both of my dogs. Fortunately, I made that decision when they were just pups, locking in a reasonable rate. Having had many dogs in the past who have had complicated medical issues, such as cancer and bloat, I thought it a wise decision. I was right. One of my present dog developed a chronic autoimmune issue, with associated symptoms and medical issues. Healthy Paws initially asked for lots of documentation, which I understood and provided, but once we got the process started, they have been fast and accurate in their reimbursements for medication, diagnostic tests, and treatments. They recently even wrote to ask about my dog's health and how he was doing, They seemed truly interested in my input. I am so relieved I was able to purchase insurance, as I do not know if I could have afforded George's treatment easily. I highly recommend!
