Peace of mind now
thoroughly researched many pet insurances and decided this was best for what I was looking for. The website was very easy to navigate and easy to apply for. Speaking with customer service rep was very helpful and informative. She patiently answered all my questions and concerns. Thankfully have not used it yet to comment on that aspect! I insured all 3 of my dogs and feel a big weight of worry off my shoulders. Can't comment on the claims and reimbursement process at this time but hope it goes as smooth and stressfree as joining was!

I'd give them zero stars if I could
I'd give them zero stars if I could! I've submitted several claims, none of which were covered, including diagnostic work to rule out a brain tumor on my dog. Customer service is terrible. When I finally did talk to someone, he said he'd research why it wasn't covered because my vet had submitted all the paperwork they had asked for and of course, I never heard from him again. Currently shopping for another carrier but I am beginning to think these pet insurance companies are all scam artists taking advantage of people because they know we'd do whatever we could for our pets. Update as requested: I2259722A Submit date: 12/28/22. I am using my middle name on this site, just fyi. Please contact me privately from here on out.
