I called to understand how a couple of my claims were processed. I was getting errors when trying to review the claims on line. The customer service representative explained them to me in detail. He was very friendly, helpful and answered all of my questions. Great customer service, thank you! Also, every time I have called, I have actually got a live person to talk you! Love this company, great plan to be on!

My experience with this insurance company was negative, unpleasant, costing me approximately $2000 and a waste of time. I will no longer be their customer and will not recommend this company to anyone. I insured my two cats with Embrace 1.5 year ago. As proof of cats health status, I provided a health certificate that was accepted by the company, which I have a confirmation email about. After 1.5 years of paying for the most expensive insurance, we had an insurance claim - one of the cats got an infection, we treated her, the bill was about $800. We applied for compensation, which was denied. The reason given was the health certificate, which was accepted and now rejected. Now they continue to bother me with the fact that I should provide additional information about a detailed examination of the cat, despite the fact that such requirements were not made before. Due to the fact that the insurance company actually took $1600 of regular payments from me, did not pay me compensation of about $500 and continues to make new demands, I closed the insurance policy.
