I like they are responsive when claims…

I like they are responsive when claims are submitted however I don’t like that doctor visits aren’t covered even though I got the preventative care included! Every time we go to the Vet, we pay over $125-150 and the insurance only pays $20 lol

staff were very helpful, answered all questions, I am hoping the coverage I have signed up for is as good as I was told, and covers everything that I was told, and it's as easy to get visits / medications / procedures paid as easy as I was told
