I got covered with the day of my choice. That was great. Just a coment, the company needs to reconsider the app usage for using a phone while driving. Cars have blue tooth and phones are hands free, but the app deducts points for using the phone while driving. I think that is not fair. Thanks

Great information given and ability to explain in great detail. I liked the fact that the rep I spoke with, had actually worked as a Vet Tech previously. Therefore, she was very informed on pet/vet experiences.

This was our second claim on this dog…
This was our second claim on this dog this year and the claims process was much better. I am assuming this is because Embrace has already received all of the dogs medical history and verified that she is health through her records and Veterinarians. The first claim was a nightmare and took forever to resolve. Not satisfied to this day.
