My only complaint is the length of time…

My only complaint is the length of time it takes to get money for a claim. It says the average time is now 26 days. I’m pleased so far with the reimbursement amounts. So far so good.

One of the worst companies for…

One of the worst companies for processing claims. I submit my invoices with detailed listing of vaccines provided, date of service, and signature from the veterinarian. I provide detailed Amazon receipts for dental cleaning solution for my pets covered under their wellness plan. Yet, every-time I get the run around that they need to see when the item was shipped from Amazon, or that the receipt for the vaccination does not show a card was processed. How would the vet let me leave without charging me. Secondly the date of service, cost, and vaccine given with the vet signature was provided. A complete waste of time for them to try to not process claims!

Expensive service covers nothing

Expensive service that doesn't cover vet visits, surgery or medication prescriptions. They don't give a fvck bout you or your pets. Claims taake 3x longer than estimated and, as I mentioned, 90% get denied. If you love your pets go with a different company. DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY.

ALL IS WELL!

Penny helped me with my boys' insurace. There was too many things going on at one time, renewal, correcting breed, and changing deductibles. It was pretty confusing. All is well now! Repeated deductble

My dog is being tested for Cushing’s, given different tests at two veterinary clinics. She was referred to Blue Pearl for an ultrasound to obtain further information. Although Blue Pearl indicated that this claim was related to a previous claim, I was still charged the $150 deductible which shouldn’t be charged. This is the third deductible charge for the diagnostic process for Cushing’s disease. I have appealed the second charge and will have to appeal this third charge. I will not be recommending Trupanion to anyone as a result of their inability to get this figured out.
