I have asked twice now for explanation to why I haven't heard back about 2 claims I made. NO RESPONSE. I am paying a lot of money for this insurance and am not happy with customer service response, or lack of.

Spot pet insurance makes everything easy. Their customer service is excellent, they explain everything in detail. Submitting a claim on their app is easy to do and the turn around time for claims is fast and efficient.

This app is awesome. I was able to upload my claims and they were reviewed right away and given an approval or denied real quick with my claim it was approved and the money was in my account immediately very impressive.
