Processing taking longer than usual
I like the company and the option to tailor make your policy. However, it seems that processing of claims is taking much longer than usual. My last claims took two months to process and seven days after settling, I have still not received my reimbursements.

First clam submitted,,, They refused to pay... My dog has CKD which no "routine" visit or dental care would have detected but was a sufficient loophole to disqualify payment. Frankly I am not surprised, unfortunately these fly by night companies feed on trusting customers not reading the fine print... buyer be ware.
