First time user with a new puppy.
I am a new puppy owner and this is the first time I have ever had pet insurance. Took my puppy to the vet and then within 2 days sent the bill to Embrace. Everything was reimbursed even the taxes! Vey impressed with this company and how they keep their word. It was easy and a pleasure to deal with them.

Processing claims is easy and very efficient. They keep records of past diagnosis and medications and make updates seamless. They also process the claims very quickly and fairly. This is my third year with the company and I am very happy with the service.

Each time I try to submit a new claim…
Each time I try to submit a new claim online, I go and select my vet and the app shuts down. This has been happening for months. I deleted the app, redownloaded, same problem. I mentioned this issue back several months ago to a representative (since I had to call) and they said they would pass it along. Not sure that happened. I also cannot just view my documents in the app, they have to be downloaded. With the amount charged for pet insurance, I would expect some better tech behind the digital experience, including the new claim experience. Something like that should be available on the app and not continuously crashing the app.

I just recently acquired pet insurance…
I just recently acquired pet insurance through Embrace for 2 Boxer dogs ages 5 & 6. I had never even considered pet insurance but my son relayed a story to me regarding his friend who's dog needed immediate surgery for an unsuspected injury. I decided maybe it best that I secure insurance as I've learned that anything is liable to happen without notice. I never thought I would even need to use it, but I was thinking it better to be safe than sorry. It wasn't but 4 months into my new policy that the unexpected and unfortunate occurred . My dogs were in a battle with a groundhog and the groundhog won. Both dogs sustained injuries some requiring surgery. Embrace made it easy to submit claims and everyone I have interacted with at the company has been outstanding!!

Kathryn was WONDERFUL!
This is my first time with Fetch. I had a great Customer Service experience with Kathryn. I am a senior and not very tech-savvy. Kathryn was patient, professional, kind, and helpful. She also reached out to my Vet for additional documents. She was Wonderful!
