Experience of claim submission
All my claims leading up to my deductible arrived through the portal. My 3 rd claim was a partial reimbursement and sub’s on 5/19/2023 nothing only in process. I called the end of May and asked why the woman was not helpful. I reissued and still an issue called to be sure the woman was not the same and very pleasant and most helpful. She was the reason I would give 5 stars. I believe I only gave 4. Maybe you should listen to the recording of our call and use it in training the way to do. I am also a MetLife retire.

Prompt reimbursement for wellness
I made a wellness claim on 6/1 and was reimbursed within 8 days via direct deposit. I purchased the insurance and wellness for my 8 week old puppy. Hoping not to use the accident or illness benefit anytime soon but hopefully the claims process will be as seamless.

We purchased a Met Life Pet policy for our rescue pup, Fiona, after it was offered free for 30 days at the time of adoption. The best decision we could have made! Claims processing is so quick and easy and reimbursement is direct deposited into our bank account!.
