Customer service people are excellent. Sometimes the claims process is a little tricky if you don’t have the paperwork uploaded in exactly the right place, but overall, I’m pleased I got this for my dogs.

My vet recommended your company after I had several problems with the last company I was with for my puppy’s insurance. You deal directly with my vet instead of going through me since they have Lily’s records unless I am out of town and have an emergency situation with my dachshund. No hassle with your company about a claim like the last company bc you go directly to my vet. Thank you
