Kevin was super helpful in walking me through the process and all the options I had for insurance for my rabbit. Couldn't have asked for a better person to get everything set up. Great for insurance, AWFUL technology issues
They, as an insurance company, are great and who I recommend to all of my friends/family. HOWEVER despite going back and forth several times with the company about getting locked out of my account because the validation links (sent mere seconds ago) are magically expired! 0/10 for the technology.
