Worst Pet Insurance
I encountered significant challenges with this company's reimbursement and claims processing procedures. Existing customers might find it prudent to explore alternative service providers due to these complexities that could potentially impact both time and financial resources.

Insurance policy changed
After receiving an email about my policy being changed, and my monthly payments increasing by a significant amount, I was pretty upset. I contacted Sonnet immediately and spoke to Tamana via chat. She was very kind, helpful and understood my frustration. She explained what happened and offered different options to help lower my monthly payments. With these changes I was able to lower my rate back down to a significantly lower amount, closer to my original quote. I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly and effectively my concerns were dealt with. I think Sonnet would benefit from letting their customers know ahead of time of possible changes instead of sending an email after-the-fact, but overall I am happy with the outcome.

Great Pet Insurance
Picked up Healthy Paws right after we got our dog. The website is easy, information is very clear, the coverage is accurate, and reimbursements are quick. Never bothered to shop around, because the service is legitimately very good.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I have had them since my dog was BORN and they still claim he had preexisting conditions in order to avoid a payout

We missed the discount when enrolling…
We missed the discount when enrolling by 2 days. We were very busy with the holidays and couldn't sign up within 24 hours and as a result we weren't given the discount. Edited: You are correct that was the offer, however that doesn't change the fact of how much money we lost because we were a day or two off. An offer to refund that money and give me the offer would have been more appreciated than your explanation and would have changed my opinion of your company. Instead, it solidified my thinking that I would never recommend this company and tell others to look elsewhere.

I’m thinking bout canceling my pet…
I’m thinking bout canceling my pet insurance. It been difficult to get a claim. Had to run my baby to the vet to get a run around. She’s only 4 months has had 3 visit which are all on file and I have the information needed. I had to call multiple times. If the claims can’t get processed by next week I’m switching to spot. Also the rep for fetch completely emailed the wrong vet! Claim was approved after submitting the information multiple times and only was approved after the vet had to email what I already submitted. Also the most recent claim got approved 12/29 visit before the visit that happened at the being of the month which just approved a few days ago.

Money was no object
Thanks to Healthy Paws, it was easy to say, "Money is no object" when our Piper became sick. She had a large mass on her spleen that appeared cancerous and had probably metastasized. She needed a splenectomy ASAP, but her platelets were dangerously low. She wasn't suffering, so we were committed to anything it would take to make her well again. She spent a combined total of 10 days in the hospital with a few days at home in between, while being pumped with meds to try increasing her platelets. Nothing was working, so as a last resort, we were presented with the option of a platelet transfusion in order to do the surgery. Unfortunately, there was still a very good chance she wouldn't make it through, and even if she did, chemotherapy would not be an option due to her low platelets. NOT ONCE did we have to consider the cost of the surgery and/or chemotherapy because we had Healthy Paws standing behind us. But not wanting to put her through all of that, we switched to comfort care mode, until her symptoms returned with a vengeance and we knew it was time to say goodbye. My husband would have mortgaged our house for his baby girl if necessary, but after $20,000 invoiced, we were only out-of-pocket an affordable $4000. We will never get another dog WITHOUT Healthy Paws. The peace of mind alone is worth every penny.

Good and quick communication
Good and quick communication. While deciding what type of treatment to choose for my dog’s lymphoma diagnosis, Embrace empathetically helped me secure a pre-authorization so I knew what would be covered, which ended up being everything minus the deductibles for a doxorubicin treatment plan. They explained that they would have to review all of my dogs medical records for the past 12 to 14 months, which might take a couple of weeks, to make sure that she did not have a pre-existing conditions related to her symptoms before I took out pet insurance with embrace.
