Rosie's Clim
I've had 2 other Claims for Rosie that went very well. The most current one had a lot of complications and had to make several calls and ask the Vet to send in information several times. I finally got Samantha who was GREAT and understood what was wrong and got a supervisor involved and got my Claim reviewed and finalized quickly- Many Thanks to her and the supervisor who got this over the Finish Line!! I’ve had Trupanion for both of my dogs…
I’ve had Trupanion for both of my dogs since they were 9weeks old for my breeder purchased pup & a year and a half old for my rescue pup. They are both now 11 1/2. I couldn’t be happier with this pet insurance. My claims have always been reimbursed at 90% after deductibles and uncovered expenses have been taken into consideration until just recently.In this recent claim that wasn’t fully covered, I was able to use Trupanion’s appeal process for that claim and it was reviewed and completed within a day. It’s the first time in 11 1/2 yrs that I needed to appeal a claim, which says something about the value of this insurance. After submitting my appeal form, explanation and backup from my dogs Veterinarian , Trupanion covered my claim and are now paying me the difference from the original reimbursement. This pet insurance has been a GOD send and it is so easy to communicate and process a claim or an appeal if needed. I do everything online and through email from the original claim and now , to the appeal. it’s really so easy to do with Trupanion and the reimbursement can’t be beat. I have just sent a referral link for Trupanion Pet Insurance to my daughter who recently got her own rescue pup and I hope she sees and enjoys the value of this insurance as I have. Thank you Trupanion.

Premiums up 30+% a year even without ever a claim!
Better off saving your money yourself…your premiums just increase 30%+ each year even if you have never had a claim and no notification. Next is you have a claim and there is a loophole like your pet was only seen once and not 5 times for the condition. Same ole blah blah blah SHIM SHAM!

I REVIEWED SEVERAL PET INSURANCE OPTIONS AND SPOT PET INSURANCE GAVE ME EVERYTHING I NEEDED FOR MY TWO PETS HEALTH AND WELL BEING. I USED THE PLAN ONCE SO FAR FOR MY PUPPY AND IT WAS EASY TO USE.
