Worth the money
Intuitive, easy-to-use, and incredibly quick at processing claims, Spot has been so great to have. My dog has had a few additional medical procedures, and I have never gotten any pushback on claims I filed, but a timely and relatively big reimbursement, at a pretty affordable/competitive monthly rate. It's been such a relief. Worth every penny!

I have only submitted my first claim. It was easy to submit. The response from Spot was quick. The payment of the entitled funds was also quick. So far very pleased with the company. I did speak with two separate agents when I had a question. Both were polite, professional and responded clearly.
