Peace of mind for our dog!
Embrace Pet Insurance has been such a blessing for us and our precious dog. Our pup developed some health problems a few months ago and it gave us such peace of mind knowing we had pet insurance. Embrace has paid claims in a timely manner and if I ever call in with questions, everyone I've spoken with is incredibly kind and professional. BILLING QUESTION
I had a billing question about my auto policies (because I change cars frequently) and Mirette provided one of the most thorough and clear explanations I have received regarding an auto policy question. (I have owned over 50 cars in my lifetime … and I have dealt with agents and full service brokers who were nowhere near as thorough as she was.).

Good insurance but sometimes frustrating
Submitting claims is fairly easy, but sometimes am unsure if things would be wellness or regular. It has been taking a while lately to get claims processed, which is frustrating to say the least, especially when rates go up. Also, its frustrating that we brought my pup in for vaccines that were expiring soon but happened to be a week or so before the full year, so couldn't claim it. I understand that's how insurance works but still just a frustration

5 Stars for Healthy Paws Pet Insurance!
I bought pet insurance last year when I rescued my dog. My cousin highly recommended Healthy Paws. I could not be happier with Healthy Paws! My dog was unexpectedly sick, requiring a lot of tests, and then I had to take her in for an emergency vet appointment when she ate chocolate from my purse. I didn't have to worry about the cost because of my pet insurance. The whole process is seamless - I upload my vet bills through the Healthy Paws app or website and they promptly issue the reimbursement.
