No Customer Support
While the coverage is comparable with others the level of customer support is literally non-existent. I tried reaching a live person for over three months (unsuccessfully) The wait time when you call exceed 90 min and time out and terminate should you try. Claims payout is extremely slow largely due to not being able to speak with anyone.

Simple claims take a month to get a reply
Avoid at all costs. They continuously email you over and over again telling you that there is a delay in processing your claim, even for very simple claims like check ups. Everything goes towards your deductible so they cover virtually nothing except for high price surgeries - run far from this company.

SCAM!!!! Only they want to take money
**Total Scam!** This insurance company will take your money and then come up with excuses to avoid paying out. They claim there's a 'waiting period' which was never mentioned anywhere. They also deny claims based on 'pre-existing conditions,' a conclusion they seem to make just to get out of paying. Now, I'm stuck paying 11,000 AED out of my own pocket! Never, ever go with this company! Don't let big corporations steal your money. If you want more info, feel free to contact me. Responsive and compassionate
Embrace was responsive and compassionate throughout the claim process. My 16yo cat was sick for a while and passed away recently. All of her claims were processed promptly and the reimbursement was what I had expected, no surprise in the process. Claim submission was very easy and instructions were clear. The premium was pricey for sure but they cover senior pets which is not usually accepted by a lot of other insurance. Worth the price IMO.

Very pleased
The company I work for decided to offer pet insurance through ASPCA this year and coincidentally our family adopted a new puppy. We have filed several claims and have been reimbursed for items that were covered. The claim process has been seamless and our refunds are set up for direct deposit. My only regret was not signing up before we adopted so a few of the initial vet visits would have been covered as well.
Fast claim service
While no one hopes to have an emergency, when it did happen to me, Spot Pet Insurance was there. Claim was easy to submit and process. I had my reimbursement within a week! Best of all, I did not have anxiety when making decision to treat my cat. Thanks Spot Insurance!

Premiums keep going UP AND UP
I took out a policy in 2015 for my Miniature Dachshund when I bought him at 8 weeks old (now 9 years). This company had many different policies that were available and customized plans.I have paid annual premiums faithfully. I bought another miniature dachshund 8 weeks old, he will be 4 in a couple months. I bought the exact same policy.Almost every year the premiums have gone up. I have healthy,trim,active dogs.With NO ISSUES OR CLAIMS , now because Oscar is 9 my policy was going up again this year so it would have been $1780.76.Again no claims on either I was told I could change my policy to make my DEDUCTIBLE HIGHER for my pets and make the coverage less.Instead of 80%/20% ALSO I would have to start over again and any history would be considered a pre-existing condition.My pets DON’T HAVE ANY HISTORY But it’s the point!! I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED in this company. I will NO LONGER highly recommend Embrace Pet Insurance.Which I have been doing for 9 years. I could have saved thousands of dollars by waiting until now to buy a policy. So I canceled my policies and now I’m putting $1500.00 in a savings account for illness and accidents every year.And if I’m blessed with continued happy healthy trim active pets. I will get to keep my money in my pocket.
