Excellent Pet Insurance Company!
We have had Pumpkin as our pet insurance provider for our two Chihuahuas for a few years now, and we are so glad that we chose Pumpkin. One of our Chihuahuas, Wyatt, broke one of his toes on his paw, and it was an extensive and long healing process (6+ weeks). Pumpkin was there every step of the way for us. Pumpkin’s representatives were so kind, friendly, and compassionate to us. They paid all of his claims promptly. We really appreciated them. They also have paid claims and assisted us with our other Chihuahua, Ambrose, when he has had an illness here and there. Our previous pet insurance company was second rate compared to Pumpkin, and we are so glad we made the switch! Thanks Pumpkin! I highly recommend them for your pet insurance needs.

Glad I went with Embrace!
Embrace has been my first experience with pet insurance. They have been absolutely fantastic and I’m so thankful I chose this company. The app is easy to use and each time I have called, the person helping me is awesome. It is easy to submit claims and quick to get the result. Reimbursements can be set up to go straight to your bank account. Great company!

So far so good. Having to use my insurance for the first time for my dog who was diagnosed with melanoma. Review of my invoices has happened quickly, as has reimbursement for my out of pocket expenses, which have been sizable. A big help. Thank you.

So far we have been extremely happy with Embrace. This year it was almost $2,000 to renew our policy with a $300 deductible. I submitted a claim for my dog for a very bad hot spot that wasn’t healing. They wouldn’t cover a medication the vet prescribed saying it wasn’t FDA approved.. $44 they charged me for a well benefit which it was for a hot spot.. Not sure why our veterinary staff prescribed a medication not FDA approved but will find out.. The mouse in question is CeraSoothe CHX+KET., Embrace wouldn’t cover this, said it is well care when it wasn’t.. Bad hot spot.. they wouldn’t cover it at all.. So now I guess I have to ask my veterinarian from now on if something is FDA approved to be covered.. kinda ridiculous I spoke to two representatives to figure this out.. mostly we are satisfied with Embrace, honestly this is the first thing we’ve come across that wasn’t covered.
